I. General Information

1) Shop kesholab.COM (referred to as “Shop”) is run by Dom Pracy Twórczej  Dawid Walczak based in Poznan, address: Poland, 61-576 Poznan, ul. Gorna Wilda 90/8,

2) Shop sells stickers over the Internet.

III. Submission and execution of orders

1) Order in the store can be submitted:

a) An individual who is aged 18
b) Any legal

7) The ordered goods will be delivered to the Purchaser:

a) Within 4 working days by courier
b) Up to 7 working days through the Polish Post

IV. Methods of payment

2) All payments shall be made by payment of a nominal sum expressed in Euros. V. Returns and Complaints

8) Complaints are:

a) The goods have latent defects resulting from improper manufacture
b) mechanically damaged goods in transit (customer is obliged to check the shipment before it is receiving from the courier!)
c) Goods not in accordance with the order

9) Complaints shall not be damaged goods as a result of improper use.

10) After successfully resolving complaints Shop sends a full-fledged product in its own expense to the address provided by the Employer.

11) The Purchaser shall have the right – in accordance with Article. 7 of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by dangerous products – withdraw from the agreement without giving any reasons making a statement in writing and by returning the goods within ten days of receipt of the product.

12) The returned product must be in its original packaging, can not bear traces of use, it can not be damaged, it should be completed and returned with proof of purchase to the following address: KeshoLab, ul.Górna Wilda 90/8, 61-576 Poznan, Poland marked “return “.

13) The money will be returned within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or 30 days money order to the address indicated in the order.

VI. Privacy Policy

5) Providing personal information is voluntary but necessary for the implementation of the sale agreement.

6) The Purchaser has the right to access their personal data and address and correct them.

VII. Technical requirements and restrictions
